About the Position:
The successful candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a GMP-compliant area. They will be responsible for managing equipment, materials, and inventory, as well as collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operational flow.
Main Responsibilities:
- Equipment and Inventory Management: Manage equipment and inventory, including tracking soiled and clean hold times, ensuring proper labeling and inventory management of clean and sterile equipment using an automated MES system.
- Materials Handling: Handle materials, including picking, transporting, and storing materials in a GMP-compliant area.
- Process Control: Monitor and control processes, including weighing and dispensing activities, to ensure optimum equipment uptime and meet target outputs.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure safe lifting and movement of materials in accordance with safety protocols and adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement by contributing to investigations, creating investigation reports, executing and developing change control/QNs, and participating in relevant projects.
