Cabin Quality Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cabin Quality Supervisor to join our team at Heathrow Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering on-the-job training and hands-on coaching to colleagues, ensuring excellence in cabin cleaning techniques, adherence to quality standards, and full compliance with cleaning specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on-the-job training and hands-on coaching to colleagues.
  • Support the professional growth of cabin appearance colleagues by identifying and nurturing future supervisors.
  • Actively participate as a member of the team, taking part in day-to-day aircraft cleaning tasks.
  • Promote an inclusive team culture where all colleagues feel valued and supported.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a full UK driving license and at least 3 years residency in the UK. You should also demonstrate genuine pride in your work, consistently striving for high standards in cleanliness and presentation.

Benefits

This is a very enjoyable role with a great company offering excellent conditions and facilities. Working hours will be 8.5 hour shifts between 06:00am - 23:00pm, with a rate of pay £14.83 per hour rising to £16.53 per hour once fully trained. Weekly pay will be every Friday, and temp to perm positions are available based on performance.

Additional Information

The ideal candidate will be flexible with their days and hours, able to work a 5 on 3 off shift pattern. You should be proactive and have a strong work ethic, showing reliability, initiative, and a collaborative attitude in a fast-paced environment.
