The Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Assistant to join our team in Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing person-centered support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, facilitating their participation in community activities, and promoting their independence and social inclusion.


Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Assist in planning and coordinating activities and programmes for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
  • Provide one-to-one support and guidance to service users, promoting their personal growth and development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, volunteers, and external partners to deliver high-quality services and promote positive outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
