Engineering Planning Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing world-class planning processes within the Engineering team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement agile planning processes to ensure effective utilisation of Engineering project hours.
  • Facilitate project planning sessions and manage multiple project plans.
  • Create and maintain an engineering projects dashboard to track and report on project performance.
  • Support project teams with planning methodology, tools, and process training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Competent in MS Office software, with the ability to design and utilise complex Excel models and tools.
  • Experience in supporting several concurrent projects and working in an engineering/design/project management environment.
  • Desirable: A Degree in an engineering or scientific discipline, formal project management qualification, and project management experience.
