Job Description

As a senior cabinet maker, you will be responsible for leading and managing a production line to produce high-quality products that meet customer expectations. Your expertise in manufacturing processes and procedures will enable you to streamline production timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage resources to achieve optimal manufacturing performance
  • Oversee the manufacturing and installation of goods, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate production line teams to ensure quality output and productivity
  • Develop and implement effective production processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in the use of edge banders, panel saws, hand routers, and hand tools is also essential.

Requirements:
  • Qualification as a cabinet maker or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing for residential or commercial purposes, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Strong knowledge of production equipment and tools, including edge banders, panel saws, and hand routers
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
