We are recruiting a highly skilled Electro-Mechanical Specialist to join our Customer Service Team at TN Ireland. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support customers in resolving complex technical issues associated with electro-optical and electro-mechanical equipment. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment at customer sites, as well as coordinating actions with customers to minimize downtime.
Key qualifications include a bachelor's level degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, good practical skills in electronic, electrical, pneumatic, mechanical assembly, and proficiency in MS Office tools. A valid driving license is required, and the candidate must be willing to travel to other European sites on a limited basis.
As part of our team, the successful candidate will receive comprehensive training at one of our award-winning training centers and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
