The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting candidates through the application and onboarding process, ensuring seamless transitions into new roles. This includes collecting documents, processing necessary documentation for visa applications and other registration processes, managing complex relocation logistics, and assisting with quality and compliance management.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage candidate documents, including passports, visas, medical certificates, and educational transcripts, in accordance with immigration and labour laws of destination countries.
- Coordinate with relevant organizations, universities, embassies, and offices regarding document legalisations, verifications, attestations, and visas.
- Prepare and submit candidates' paperwork in compliance with client requirements, using standard forms and templates.
- Manage workflow of processing candidates' applications, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of each step in the process.
- Maintain strict deadlines and documentation requirements of clients and candidates.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders involved in processing candidates' applications, including government agencies, immigration authorities, healthcare institutions, and applicants themselves.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2 years post-graduation experience.
- Previous administration, record keeping, reporting experience and logistical experience desirable.
- Demonstrable experience in database management.
- Demonstrable experience in document processing and ability to process large volumes of information accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong planning, workflow management, and organizational skills.
- Strong computer and software application skills, especially proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Analytical, time management, and task management skills.
- Understanding of quality management and compliance.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Energetic, self-motivated, independent.
