  • Carry out spa treatments to the highest standard, ensuring each guest receives a memorable experience from start to finish.">
  • Ensure treatment rooms are always hygienically clean and maintained to the highest standards.">
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times, presenting a positive image of our company.">
  • Work collaboratively with our existing team to deliver exceptional service to our guests.">

Requirements:

  • Hold a recognized qualification in ITEC, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO.">
  • Have previous experience working in a spa environment, ideally with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.">
  • Be able to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.">
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues, management, and external contacts.">
  • Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.">
