Description:

  • Support the project manager in strategic planning, resource allocation, and project execution.
  • Project lead of new projects (subject to change).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead in-flight projects.
  • Manage these projects through the introduction phase, liaising with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the business analyst and solution architect working on each of these inflight projects.
  • Work with key business stakeholders to ensure all readiness activities are complete.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and complete weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Develop options and decision papers.
  • Work with teams across the organization to enable them to effectively contribute to the plan and deliver on its objectives.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Integration expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Digital IT projects.
  • Agile methodologies.
  • Desirable: experience working within a healthcare setting.
