We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Care Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for healthcare professionals looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.

About the Role

This position involves providing high-quality home health care services as a community nurse in Dublin, Ireland. The work will be based in the Primary Care Centre, where you will deliver care to clients in their homes and in clinic settings. Travel around South Dublin may be required for this post.

  • Nurse-led wound management – both in clinic and domiciliary settings
  • Diabetes care and management
  • Incontinence assessment and treatment
  • Nursing assessments post hospital discharge or GP referral
  • General nursing care for chronically ill or disabled individuals
  • Oncology support and end-of-life care
  • Nursing assessments for home support services
Requirements

The successful candidate must have access to their own transport and possess valid work authorization. NMBI registration as an RGN is essential, with community nursing experience and acute experience working as a general nurse being preferable. Excellent wound care skills are also desirable.
