Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Planner Senior to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quantity surveying services, interpreting project information, and measuring planned works to ensure accurate construction costs.

About the Role

  • Act as a senior member of the cost planning team in preparing cost plans from early feasibility through to detailed cost planning.
  • Participate in design team meetings offering cost advice to ensure financial viability without compromising design.
  • Liaise with project delivery teams to ensure construction budgets are robust.
  • Interrogate current project exit costs to inform new projects.
  • Develop and maintain a databank of construction costs.
  • Prepare Part V applications and follow submissions to ensure compliance.
  • Attend meetings and undertake site visits.
