Key to a successful organization is effective operational management. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and coordinate multiple operational duties, including lease invoicing, compliance tracking, payment coordination, and liaison with lessees and internal teams.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage airline rent billing and collection of maintenance reserves.
- Coordinate the renewal of insurance policies and letters of credit; calculate rental payments for new aircraft deliveries and purchase transactions; respond to daily inquiries from lessees.
- Prepare for and participate in board meetings related to Irish platform transactions; record meeting minutes, resolutions, and maintain a summary tracking spreadsheet.
- Support the incorporation of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and review documentation for third-party servicing providers.
This position requires a candidate who possesses fluency in both Mandarin and English, strong verbal and written communication skills, 3–5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in aircraft leasing or the broader financial services industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
