Key Responsibilities:
  • Open and close the store, ensuring security procedures are followed
  • Oversee the store during opening and closing times, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts
  • Support and supervise the team in providing excellent customer service
  • Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and merchandising
  • Handle cash management, including till operations, banking, and cashing up
  • Evaluate and improve store presentation, health, safety, and security policies
