Airline Roster Coordinators

- Manage crew resources, supporting the Operations Control Duty Manager in overseeing daily flight schedules.
- Assume responsibility for crew control duties when no Ops Crew Controllers are present.

Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining all crew rosters in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring all flights are adequately crewed.
- Controlling and monitoring day-to-day rostering issues, such as sickness, swaps, extra flights and cancellations.
- Dealing with disruptions to individual schedules as directed by the program.
- Monitoring crew hours limitations.
- Providing management with regular reports.
- Performing other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Ability to work on shift (4 days ON - 4 days OFF).
- Availability to pass a background check.
- Permission to live and work in Ireland without restriction.
