The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to people with intellectual disabilities, including assistance with daily living tasks, social activities and community engagement. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and reports, as well as contribute to the development of programmes and services that meet the needs of our clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the principles of person-centered care, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues and external partners.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized support to people with intellectual disabilities
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Contributing to programme development and service delivery
