We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Portfolio Lead to join our team at Waystone. As a key member of our project management office, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of our digital and data portfolio of change projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure that all change is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while adhering to our company's project management methodologies and governance standards.
- Provide strategic guidance, tools, processes, and support for project managers and delivery leads and their cross-functional teams to ensure projects are effectively managed from initiation to completion.
- Oversight of project planning and execution phases, including risk and issue management, change management, and project reporting.
- Prioritize projects based on business value, strategic objectives, and available resources.
You will have significant experience in project management or PMO roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects using established methodologies like agile, waterfall, and hybrid. Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, Trello, or similar tools.
A strong communication skillset, ability to manage conflicting priorities, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Adaptability, team-orientation, analytical thinking, and attention to detail are also critical attributes for success in this position.
Requirements:- Significant experience in project management or PMO roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects using established methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, Trello, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and resolve conflicts in a collaborative manner.
