As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of structural engineers on various projects, including commercial and residential builds, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing teams. You will also be a great communicator and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of structural engineers on various projects
- Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful delivery
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout all projects
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- A minimum of 12 years' experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years' experience in a leadership role
- Chartered status or working towards it
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in software relevant to structural engineering
