Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our people operations function, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end people operations lifecycle in Ireland, including onboarding and offboarding, contract changes, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or a similar administrative role. You will possess a strong understanding of Irish employment law and payroll processes. Your attention to detail, discretion, and organizational skills will ensure accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of your work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire people operations lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes.
  • Support monthly payroll with precision, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Irish legislation.
  • Administer benefits, salary certificates, work permits, and special leave requests.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate HRIS system.
  • Be the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR and payroll.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll, or a similar administrative role.
  • A strong understanding of Irish employment law and payroll processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
