Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for quality and compliance metrics.
- Lead performance management and governance across the contract laboratory network.
- Establish and maintain risk management processes to ensure ongoing performance and selection of Contract Laboratory Organizations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve QMR commitments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or equivalent experience in a regulated industry.
- Minimum 10 years of laboratory experience in a GMP laboratory.
- Proven ability to work in a matrixed organization.
- In-depth understanding of current regulatory requirements for QC.
