The Manager of Compliance and Testing is a critical role that oversees compliance efforts and ensures the implementation of effective quality systems. This position requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and a proven track record of driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for quality and compliance metrics.
  • Lead performance management and governance across the contract laboratory network.
  • Establish and maintain risk management processes to ensure ongoing performance and selection of Contract Laboratory Organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve QMR commitments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or equivalent experience in a regulated industry.
  • Minimum 10 years of laboratory experience in a GMP laboratory.
  • Proven ability to work in a matrixed organization.
  • In-depth understanding of current regulatory requirements for QC.
