Property Solicitor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Solicitor to join our team in Wicklow. The ideal candidate will have experience in property law and conveyancing, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with property transactions and general legal queries to support the implementation of our strategy.
  • Transfer property ownership and rights in connection with property purchases and sales.
  • Prepare transactional documentation and undertake title due diligence.
  • Draft first registration applications and deal with complex title issues.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in Property Law and Conveyancing essential.
  • Practical, hands-on attitude in dealing with a high volume of legal transactions and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Good aptitude in reading maps.
  • Excellent organisational, communication skills, and ICT skills, and the ability to use a legal case management system.
