Regulatory Compliance Specialist

The Regulatory Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that products are delivered to customers while maintaining compliance with international regulations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of EU and national legislation, as well as international standards relevant to the Ready-to-Drink Alcoholic Beverages, Spirits, and Non-Alc Products sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our operations. As a key member of our regulatory team, you will be responsible for maintaining a good working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, identifying potential issues, and developing solutions to ensure compliance.

  • Monitor and maintain a comprehensive understanding of EU and national legislation, as well as international standards relevant to our business.
  • Act as the custodian of packaging and labeling standards for all new and existing international markets.
  • Communicate clearly matters of compliance obligation to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Assist the team in all matters of regulatory compliance as they arise.
  • Identify legal issues that may impact our business and report on them to senior management, providing a solution plan.

To be successful in this role, you will require at least 5 years of international regulatory experience within the Food and Beverage sector. A Bachelor of Science specializing in Food Science or a similar field is required, and a Master's in Regulatory Affairs is not mandatory but would be beneficial. You must possess strong prioritization skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
