We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Professional to join our team as a Junior Health Advisor. This exciting role involves working closely with clients across Dublin and Europe, ensuring the highest standards of health and safety in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, method statements, and site-specific safety statements in collaboration with site foremen and contracts managers.
  • Carry out regular environmental health and safety inspections to identify potential hazards and risks.
  • Deliver comprehensive EHS training to employees to equip them with essential safety skills.
  • Investigate, record, and report accidents and near misses promptly, followed by corrective actions without delay.
  • Review sub-contractor safety statements and compliance to maintain high standards.
  • Attend regular site health and safety meetings to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A level 7 or 8 qualification in a relevant field is highly desirable.
  • A full driving license is required.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and develop effective control measures.
  • Previous experience is advantageous but not essential.
