Civil Transport Lead

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant Engineering degree and membership of a relevant professional institution.
About the RoleAs a technical lead, you will be responsible for leading design projects and associated team members to ensure client commitments are met. You will undertake duties as highlighted in the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013, acting as designer, checker, and approver on projects, and carrying out the role of delivery lead on civils engineering schemes in the transport sector.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex design projects and motivate your team to deliver high-quality results.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Chartered Engineer status and membership of a relevant professional institution.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
