Role Overview:

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Occupational Therapy interventions to adults within the Primary Care setting. This will involve conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans to promote functional independence in activities of daily living (ADLs).

Additional responsibilities will include providing intervention in areas such as self-care, mobility, housing adaptations, equipment prescription, and falls prevention. You will also work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, including Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Public Health Nurses, and GPs.

Key Requirements:

* Registered on the Occupational Therapists Register maintained by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU
* Minimum of three years post-qualification experience in a relevant area such as Primary Care, Community, or Rehabilitation
* Strong experience in assessment and intervention planning within a community or primary care setting
