We are seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Accurately receive, store, and dispatch stock to meet customer demand.
  • Order Processing: Process orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
  • Stock Replenishment: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Distribution and Issuing: Safely transport goods to customers, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on inventory levels, order status, and any operational issues.

Requirements:

  • Manual Handling: Comfortable performing manual handling tasks as part of daily duties.
  • Positive Attitude: A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Full Clean Driver's Licence: Required for driving company vehicles.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication skills.
  • IT Literacy: Proficient in using computer systems and software.
