Senior Sitecore Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Sitecore Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of modern, headless digital experiences using Sitecore JSS.

Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing scalable, cloud-native solutions that drive customer engagement and performance. You will work closely with architects, DevOps engineers, and frontend teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project execution.

Key responsibilities include developing, upgrading, and maintaining headless Sitecore applications using Sitecore JSS, integrating with modern frontend frameworks, implementing personalization, multi-language, and component-based architecture in Sitecore, collaborating with DevOps teams to deploy Sitecore apps, working with Content Authors and UX/UI teams to deliver seamless editorial and digital experiences, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions, troubleshooting performance and scalability issues across Sitecore and frontend layers, maintaining high standards for code quality, maintainability, testing, and documentation, and contributing to front-end architecture decisions and helping evolve development standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of enterprise .NET / Sitecore development experience.
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with Sitecore JSS, SXA, and headless Sitecore implementations (preferably Sitecore 10+).
  • Strong understanding of Azure/AWS PaaS, including CI/CD pipelines, Application Insights, and cloud networking.
  • Strong understanding in JavaScript and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Deep understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture, serialization tools (e.g., SCS, Items-as-a-Service), and content modeling.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks in a composable architecture.
