About the RoleThis role includes carrying out domestic BER assessments and upgrade reports, assisting clients in achieving A or B rated buildings. You will also conduct detailed home energy audits on various residential building types, including site inspections and energy surveys. Additionally, you will perform technical assessments for heat pumps and design energy upgrade systems, selecting equipment and using mathematical and computer models to complete designs and specifications.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in domestic BER assessments and upgrade reports, as well as the ability to use mathematical and computer models. A NFQ Level 6 Advanced/Higher Certificate in construction studies or similar qualification is required.
