Key Responsibilities:

As a Health and Safety Advisor with Global Professional Consultants, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management across our construction projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting the EHS lead in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation;
  • Developing and implementing site-specific EHS plans;
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and method statements;
  • Providing training and communication to site personnel on health, safety, and environmental procedures;
  • Investigating incidents and identifying root causes;
  • Communicating safety alerts through toolbox talks;
  • Ensuring statutory forms and inspections are completed and recorded timely.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the construction or M&E industry;
  • A recognized health and safety qualification;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro;
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland.
