Job Title: Technical Service Operations Associate

We are hiring a full-time Technical Service Operations Associate to be based in our Dublin, Ireland offices. This role plays a pivotal part in managing the reactive workload of our Irish Service Department.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer and Communication Management: Ensure seamless customer interactions through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Service Coordination: Oversee the coordination of service-related tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Reactive Repairs and Commissioning: Perform reactive repairs and commissioning activities to meet customer needs.
  • Internal Collaboration: Foster strong internal collaboration to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Process and Compliance: Maintain compliance with established processes and procedures.
  • Task and Workflow Management: Effectively manage tasks and workflows to meet service level agreements.
  • Reporting and Support: Provide regular reporting and support to stakeholders.
  • Trade Compliance: Ensure adherence to trade compliance regulations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
