Experience Relief Chefs Needed

We are currently seeking experienced Relief Chefs to join our team and work in a variety of settings.

As a Relief Chef, you will be working on a flexible schedule, with excellent hourly rates and weekly pay. This is ideal for those who are between jobs, working part-time, or simply looking to pick up extra hours.

Job Description:

As a Relief Chef, your primary responsibility will be to prepare a wide variety of dishes to order within set timeframes.

You will also be responsible for portioning and preparing meats, poultry, fish, desserts, and baked goods.

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas is essential, as well as monitoring stock and managing supplies in your section.

In addition, you will need to ensure food safety by labelling, storing, and handling items according to HACCP standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience working as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Experience in healthcare or full-service restaurants is highly desirable, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly.

You must also have professional conduct with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Finally, you will need to have access to a car, as some locations are not reachable by public transport.
