As an AI Engineer, you will apply cutting-edge AI technologies to address practical compliance challenges. You'll work within a collaborative team dedicated to developing AI-powered solutions that help global enterprises understand, manage, and automate their compliance processes across various markets and jurisdictions.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to identifying and implementing opportunities where AI can create value for our customers in their compliance journey.
  • Assist in the design and development of production-grade AI solutions that automate compliance tasks.
  • Develop and optimize NLP models for regulatory document analysis and interpretation.
  • Contribute to the framing of compliance challenges as machine learning problems.
  • Support the creation of scalable AI systems that can handle diverse regulatory requirements.
Technical Contributions:
  • Help take algorithms from proof-of-concept to production, focusing on robustness and maintainability.
  • Contribute to establishing processes for data analysis, model development, validation, and deployment.
  • Support the building and maintenance of ML infrastructure.
  • Assist in implementing monitoring systems to track model performance.
  • Learn and apply best practices for explainability and ethical considerations in AI solutions.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product managers and compliance experts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into our core platform.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in technical discussions and problem-solving.
Requirements and Qualifications

We're looking for an experienced AI Engineer with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in production environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, with expertise in developing and deploying software using machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

The successful candidate will also have a foundational understanding of engineering and infrastructure best practices, with a focus on the machine learning software development lifecycle.

Additional skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience working with modern deep learning techniques, LLMs, and NLP architectures.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and managing batch and real-time ML pipelines/workflows for processing complex data on AWS.
  • Proficiency in designing, iterating, and optimizing prompts for large language models.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within engineering teams and across various disciplines.
