Welcome to TN Ireland, a leading provider of innovative insurance solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Policy Management Officer to join our team in Dublin.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to work in a fast-paced environment, managing corporate client relationships and ensuring seamless policy administration.

  • We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • A strong understanding of German language is essential, as well as excellent communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a pressurized environment.
Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing corporate clients, including small, medium, and large businesses.
  • Administering new business contracts, processing emails, and resolving customer queries.
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding promptly to phone calls, and resolving issues professionally.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong keyboard skills, especially in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Able to take ownership of your work, prioritize tasks, and work effectively within a team.
