Delivering Quality Care as a Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality person-centered care to our residents.

You will work as part of a close-knit team to deliver excellent care that meets the physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual needs of our residents. Your primary focus will be on supporting our residents to live independently with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide quality care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and promoting independence.
  • To work collaboratively with the nursing team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • To maintain accurate records of resident care and participation in training and development opportunities.

As a successful candidate, you will have a genuine passion for caring and a keen interest in aged care. You will be required to possess strong interpersonal skills, be compassionate, and have great communication skills.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • A relevant QQI Level 5 qualification in Health Care Support is preferred but not essential. Further CPD is available.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
