We are seeking an individual to join our engineering department as a Deployment Specialist. This role will involve building-out the next generation of our software platform, ensuring its seamless delivery and maintenance to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Executing deployment, upgrade, and maintenance activities on customer software environments;">
  • Providing consistent updates throughout project lifecycles regarding deployment status;">
  • Improving quality and efficiency of deployment processes;">
  • Automating manual deployment processes to ensure consistency and increase throughput;">
  • Collaborating with cloud automation and site reliability engineering teams for fully automated deployments and upgrades.">

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must have a high level of technical fluency, enabling efficient use of online documentation and resources. Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is advantageous, along with system administration skills in Windows & IIS, Linux & Nginx, and SQL Server. Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python, and familiarity with Git, are also essential. Outstanding writing skills are required to document outcomes and defined processes clearly.
