- Maintain accurate financial records, including posting transactions to the Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, and Bank Accounts.
- Reconcile control accounts, including Bank Reconciliations.
- Produce VAT reports and handle ROS filing.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and supporting work papers.
- Communicate with clients to resolve queries and follow up on outstanding matters.
- Liaise with relevant authorities as required.
- Report and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
">- Previous experience in an accountancy practice is essential.
- Proficiency with computerized accounting software packages is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- A proactive, go-getter attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- An eagerness to progress within the practice and continue developing accounting expertise.
