Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the finance team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality financial reports and analysis.
• Lead the annual audit process and oversee financial planning and budgeting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Primary degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a closely related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, CIMA).
• A minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience in a comparable role.
• Strong technical accounting skills and commercial acumen.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
