Lead Mechanical Engineer for Building Services

This senior-level mechanical engineering role is a key leadership opportunity that involves overseeing the design of building services for data centres, industrial and commercial sectors. The successful candidate will lead projects across the EMEA region, managing the full project lifecycle from initial concept to client delivery.
Main Responsibilities- Develop mechanical building services for data centres, industrial and commercial sectors.
- Oversee projects across the EMEA region from concept to delivery.
- Manage project delivery while building strong relationships with clients.
- Mentor and guide engineering staff; ensure all deliverables meet quality assurance standards before delivery.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure team members stay on track with deliverables.
- Represent the company in client meetings with excellent communication skills.
- Balance multiple tasks, prioritise and delegate to meet deadlines.
- Prepare clear reports and explain complex engineering issues in simple terms.
- A minimum of 10+ years of mechanical design experience within the Data Centre sector.
- Possession of a professional qualification.
- Able to work in a hybrid remote arrangement with occasional attendance at our Dublin office as required by the team schedule.
