Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Centre Technician to join our team on a dynamic cloud delivery project. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful hardware installation and configuration for our partners.

Candidates with experience in server operation and maintenance, network management, and data center management are encouraged to apply.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Diagnose and resolve cable connection and hardware faults associated with cloud infrastructure.
  • - Perform root-cause analysis to identify and address technical issues.
  • - Track and follow-up on reported faults to ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • - Knowledge in server operation and maintenance, network management, and data center management.
  • - Understanding of x86 server architecture and basic principles of network devices is essential.
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite for efficient documentation and reporting.
