We are seeking a skilled Building Services Manager to join our team in Cork. The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance and operation of all building services, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other critical systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the proper functioning and longevity of building services equipment. They will also conduct regular inspections and assessments of building services to identify and address any issues or potential problems.

- Collaborate with other departmental managers to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure. They will also have a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to building services and facilities maintenance.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including contract renewal, asset replacement, and operational optimization. You will also be responsible for identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing process improvements.
