Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional looking for a challenging opportunity as a Junior Project Manager? We have an exciting role available in the Midlands region, where you will play a vital part in delivering high-profile projects across various sectors.

As a key member of our project team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the project manager and team to provide technical input and on-site support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Acting as a communication link between site teams, design consultants, and subcontractors on a daily basis.
  • Reviewing and validating civil engineering plans, 3D models, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with project standards.
  • Conducting quality control procedures, including concrete pour inspections, managing RFIs, and troubleshooting technical challenges.
  • Contributing to enforcing health and safety protocols to ensure a secure and compliant site environment.
  • Tracking and logging the delivery and use of materials, equipment, and site logistics.
  • Maintaining detailed project records and preparing progress updates and technical reports as required.
Requirements
  • Strong digital competency with working knowledge of tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a comparable role within the construction industry.
  • Background working with a main contractor, preferably on high-spec Pharma, MedTech, or Industrial developments.
  • Hands-on involvement in Building Control Amendment Regulations (BCAR), technical coordination, quality assurance, design processes, and client-facing engagements.
