Project Overview:

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in delivering projects across County Down/North Leinster. The successful candidate will have practical input into project coordination and implementation on site.

The role involves working closely with design/construction teams to oversee site delivery, ensuring all aspects of the delivery meet specifications and regulations.

A Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is required, along with a minimum of 1 year of commercial experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to project coordination and implementation on site
  2. Collaborate with design/construction teams to ensure site delivery meets specifications and regulations
  3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of post-graduation experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the Water/Utilities industry (desirable)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work through technical challenges
  • Confident communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Computer literate (particularly Word and Excel)
  • Driving license and comfortable traveling between sites
