Lead Generation Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic marketing team as Lead Generation Marketing Manager. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective lead generation strategies.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is available in our Marketing department, where you will report directly to the Marketing Director. Your primary objective will be to optimize performance in both online and ATL marketing, ensuring that our campaigns are data-driven and yield high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement innovative website updates, landing page optimization, and funnel improvements to enhance conversion rates, lead quality, and volumes.
  2. Create and adapt engaging video and image content for online marketing and ATL campaigns, overseeing graphic design and refining text content for SEO purposes.
  3. Analyze the impact of TV advertising on lead generation, collaborate with production agencies, and ensure timely delivery of TV content.
  4. Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze dips and peaks, test lead distribution channels, and track digital marketing effectiveness across branches, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  5. Manage financial responsibilities, ensure timely reports, variance explanations, billing, and controls over client billing and credit notes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or Business; Master's preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
  • Advanced HTML and CSS skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • SQL and database management skills are a plus.
