Come and join our dynamic team at Comfort Homecare as a Co-ordination Supervisor. In this role, you will lead our team of National On-Call Care Co-ordinators to meet the needs of the business, ensuring each inquiry moves smoothly through the process with timely follow-ups and minimal delays.

Key activities will include staff supervision, staff training and growth, responding to questions and inquiries from employees and managers, working collaboratively with managers on scheduling issues, and maintaining staff schedules in accordance with employment law requirements and HR policies/procedures.

You will also be responsible for providing occasional guidance to the primary function of others, including training, collecting and verifying client referral information, informing payroll office of any pay code and/or staff changes, identifying errors and making corrections, and assisting employees in connecting to online app systems.

A successful candidate will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in healthcare or customer service roles (preferred), ability to multitask and manage time effectively, and ability to work independently.
