Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Employment Manager to lead our CE Project, overseeing its effective and efficient management. This includes managing human, financial, and material resources, as well as developing and implementing strategies aligned with Department of Social Protection guidelines.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for the CE Programme, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Coordinate work schedules and ensure annual employment contracts for participants, promoting a productive work environment.
  • Maintain open communication channels through regular team meetings and one-to-one sessions, fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Support long-term unemployed participants in identifying their re-entry needs and progression paths, providing tailored guidance and support.

Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrate expertise in project management and programme delivery, with a strong understanding of the role of the CE Supervisor.
  • Display commitment and motivation to implement the objectives of the CE Programme, driving positive outcomes.
  • Proven experience in Community Development, Project Management, and/or Training, with a focus on effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
