Digital Transformation Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients navigate the ever-changing digital landscape and achieve their business objectives.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to translate their business strategy into actionable digital transformation plans. This will involve developing a deep understanding of their current state and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for building enabling target operating models, technology initiatives, and roadmaps that enable transitioning from their current state to the desired target state in a cost-efficient approach.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies and transformation initiatives, including developing business cases. You will also support the planning, execution, and delivery of engagements, including technology transformations and technology-related services.
You will work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, and maintaining communication with team members and leadership on progress.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in delivering technology projects, including IT strategy, technology assessment, IT cost optimization, application/portfolio rationalization, technology vendor management, or related roles.
- Experience in project delivery as a team member or team lead.
- Ideal candidates will also have experience in innovative and emerging technology, such as AI/GenAI and cloud-based technology.
