About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Systems Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Systems Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC systems at various facilities. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
  • Conduct proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine the best course of action for repairs.
  • Install, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building management.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; trade school diploma or relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • At least 1-2 years of job-related experience.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Meet physical requirements of the role, including standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying heavy loads (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong communication skills with ability to exchange information clearly.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
