Seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead project design and manage a team of junior engineers and technicians in our North-East office.

This role involves liaising with clients, design teams, and local authorities, conducting site inspections and building appraisals, and ensuring project compliance with quality procedures.

We are looking for an experienced engineer with 6+ years of experience in a consultancy setting, holding a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Level 8 or higher) and strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project design and manage a team of junior engineers and technicians
  • Liaise with clients, design teams, and local authorities
  • Conduct site inspections and building appraisals
  • Ensure project compliance with quality procedures
