Lead the delivery of high-quality software solutions as an Agile Delivery Manager. You will oversee multiple squads using the Scrum framework to design, develop, test, and release API and Integration software.

About the Role
  • Manage the engagement, planning, reporting, and support of project demand within Enterprise Integration.
  • Create and manage Sprint plans for feature delivery across assigned squads.
  • Track and support the delivery of features to agreed budget and sprint plans, achieving a low-risk, repeatable transition into service.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead leadership of multiple squads and ensure the delivery of value as per the agreed backlog and in line with the release schedule.
  2. Work with Integration Lead to shape and estimate demand for the Factory as described by the change portfolio and business.
  3. SUPPORT THE PRODUCTION OF COST FORECASTS AND MAINTAIN ACCURATE ESTIMATION TOOLS.
  4. Support the governance and performance reporting for synchronized squad delivery teams.
  5. Provide day-to-day delivery leadership, including decision-making with delivery squads across multiple channels.
  6. Report relevant agile metrics to drive high-quality delivery for squads and improve processes.
  7. Contribute to organizational transformation efforts to drive an agility mindset.
Requirements
  • 3rd-level degree in a similar subject area or equivalent experience.
  • Technical experience of end-to-end SDLC, including on-premise and cloud hosting (AWS Preferred), waterfall, and agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps processes, automation tooling, code management, and environment services.
  • Experience leading engineering teams with a focus on delivering business value.
  • Familiarity with production service management requirements.
