Key Position: Maintenance Manager

This role requires a highly experienced and skilled professional to oversee the maintenance team of a hotel.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will efficiently manage maintenance costs, provide strong leadership, and guide urgent repairs.
  • They will plan and respond to scheduled and unforeseen work, ensuring the engineering team has the necessary skills to meet requirements.
  • Additionally, they will develop proactive maintenance strategies to enhance overall reliability of plant, personnel, and production processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior position within a hospitality background is required.
  • Excellent organisational skills are essential for overseeing projects, processes, and the Maintenance Team effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills are crucial to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
