Job Opportunity

Seeking an experienced professional to lead regulatory reporting efforts for our organization.

The selected individual will serve as the primary point of contact for Irish and European regulators, providing critical support for capital adequacy impact analysis and Capital Planning activities.

The team collaborates on a range of projects including:

  • Conducting comprehensive capital adequacy impact analyses for various financial lines of business
  • Migrating clients to new systems and implementing strategic projects
  • Supporting Capital Planning initiatives through the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and Recovery and Resolution Planning

We prioritize internal training, professional development, work-life balance, and community engagement through volunteering and environmental initiatives.

This role requires maintaining accurate regulatory reporting procedures, Pillar III reporting, and assisting with ad-hoc projects such as implementing new regulatory requirements and enhancing our strategic regulatory infrastructure.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Controller AVP with:

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory rules and guidelines across the capital market
  • Liquidity experience is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Significant experience in managing large to mid-size bank exposures with diverse and complex balance sheet dynamics
